Purchases & Refunds

We apologize you are having trouble processing your order. This could be due to incorrect credit card data entered. If the problem persists, please contact us through the contact form below.
The easiest way to request a refund is to complete the contact form below if you have already placed your order. If you have not completed your order, you may remove the item from your shopping cart before checking out.
If an item is available for purchase using a coupon code then you will be required to enter one. However, not all items accept redeemable coupons. Please ensure you are following the redemption instructions issued with your coupon.

Course Help

You must be a registered student to gain access to a course. If you have already paid for you course and cannot login please contact us using the form below and we will assist you.
Click on the User Login link below and when the login screen appears click Forgot Password to rest your account. You will receive an email with instructions on how to rest your account.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to help@baingram.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associated e-mail addresses.
